Origin Investments is a private real estate manager that helps individual investors protect and grow their wealth by providing tax-efficient real estate investments in the multifamily sector. We build, buy and finance multifamily real estate projects in fast-growing markets throughout the U.S. We also offer credit Funds through our affiliate firm, Origin Credit Advisers, an investment advisor registered with the SEC.
Since our founding in 2007, we have executed more than $2.8 billion in real estate transactions and our principals have invested a total of more than $85 million alongside our investors. We rely on our market experience and employ Origin MultilyticsSM, our proprietary suite of machine-learning models that forecast rent growth, to help us choose the best properties and markets for investment.
We are accepting new investors for our open QOZ Fund III and IncomePlus Fund, which seek to provide tax efficiency, enhance portfolio yield, maximize growth and minimize portfolio volatility. Our affiliate partner, Origin Credit Advisers, also offers the Strategic Credit Fund, a private credit Fund open to qualified purchasers (an individual or a family-owned business that owns $5 million or more in investments, excluding their primary residence or any property used for business). The Strategic Credit Fund’s objective is to provide a consistent stream of risk-adjusted income with capital protection.

The Fund was formed as a result of the Opportunity Zone program created by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.

Alignment: Our partners founded Origin because they wanted the best place to protect and grow their wealth. Our co-CEOs have invested $75 million of their own capital across our investments. Our investments are the best place for not only our investors’ capital but also our own.
Track record: We outperform other fund managers by only investing in deals that we believe present outsized risk-adjusted return opportunities, diligently managing our operating expenses and maximizing property revenue. We have been consistently ranked a top-decile fund manager by Preqin.
Experience: Our institutional-quality team has executed billions of dollars of real estate transactions geographically dispersed across the United States. Our senior management team has been employed at Origin across every Fund we have launched over the past eight years because they believe in our mission.
Unparalleled Service: Our investors receive dedicated investor relations associates to keep them educated and informed.
Our private real estate investments are available only to accredited Investors. Generally, these are individuals with a net worth of more than $1 million (exclusive of residence) or income in excess of $200,000 individually or $300,000 jointly with a spouse.
