Our Advanced Medical Professional Loan program is available to a wide range of licensed professionals including MD, DO, DVM, PharmD, DDS, DMD, medical residents, CRNAs and other qualifying advanced medical fields. The program offers up to 100% LTV with no MI and a minimum credit score of 680. It includes 30-year fixed terms along with additional fixed and adjustable options. Gift funds are permitted, co-signers are allowed, and income flexibility is available for contract and 1099 borrowers. For residents currently in training, student loan debt may be omitted for qualifying purposes.
