There are many aspects to building a successful business when investing in rental real estate, such as having the most appropriate tax, legal, accounting, and financing plan in place. Turnkey is a great option for someone that is a very busy professional; someone that doesn't have an interest in managing their own portfolio or being an active investor. If you just want the simple benefits of real estate ownership, turnkey is a great approach as you can just purchase properties across multiple different markets.
