    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for reading my post.

What does the terminology “Evidence of Modified Claims Made Coverage” mean?

    Thanks!

This article suggests it means “occurrence” based coverage, as opposed to “claims-made” coverage.  Who is asking and what is the context of this question?

I agree with ENT Doc, without more information this could be just about anything.  If this is an employment/business contract, please provide the applicable insurance clause.
